The HC-YR4091 50 Gb/s (PAM-4) 1×4 array Oxide VCSEL is a 150-µm thick, 908-nm wavelength, GaAs based Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) array, designed for high-speed optical data communication applications, in particular for 400G SR4.2 optical transceivers.
