      Bachelor's degree in Information and Telecommunications Department from Zhejiang University;Master's degree in Business School of Shenandoah University, USA;He began to work in the United States in 1994, and worked for Fairchild Corp, Corning Inc., megasense; He was the vice general manager of production and operation in Oclaro, USA. He is also the general manager of the company in China;He has many years of operation and market development experience in semiconductor laser and MEMS.Three U.S. invention patents.It was awarded the titles of "Jinji Lake Science and technology leading talent" and "Suzhou leading talent".

VP of VCSEL: Dr.Tony Xiang

      Bachelor's degree in optical engineering from Zhejiang University;Master's degree and PhD from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. He has presided over provincial and national high-speed VCSEL scientific research projects.  It was awarded the title of "Suzhou Key Industrial Talents" and "Jiangsu Province Innovation and Entrepreneurship doctor".11 SCI papers were published；Apply for 10 patents；6 authorized patents.
